Pick a future posting date. We'll print it and put it into the post then. No inbox. No notification. A real envelope on your doormat, in your own words, from the person you used to be.

Sit with it
Take five minutes or two hours. Say the thing you've been thinking. The editor is just a blank page — no prompts unless you want them. Pick when you want it back: six months, a year, your next birthday, the day your lease runs out.

Let it go
Once you're done, the letter is encrypted. After payment and address collection, it is booked with our print partner for the future post date. You can't edit a booked copy. It just waits.

Find it again
A Tuesday in April. Or a birthday in December. You've forgotten most of what you wrote. An envelope arrives — no return address you recognise, just a postmark. You open it standing in the hall. The person inside knows things about you that you've already started to forget.

No. Your letter is encrypted the moment you save it. It's only decrypted at print time, in memory, for the seconds it takes to generate the page. Then it's gone. We could read it — we're honest about that. We don't. If that's not enough trust for what you're writing, this isn't the right place for it.
What if you disappear?
After you pay and provide the address, your account must show “Sealed at print partner.” That status means their queue—not this website—holds the future posting job.
Can I change my mind?
Before payment, edit the draft as often as you like. After payment, contact us immediately; a booked print job may no longer be changeable or refundable.
What happens to my address?
Access-controlled in our database, then sent to the print partner for the envelope. It is never used for marketing, and you can request deletion after the mailing completes.
