- Does the price include postage?
- Yes — UK postage is included on every tier. International adds £4-6 depending on country.
- Can I cancel a subscription?
- Anytime. From your account dashboard. We'll mail any letters you've already paid for and stop renewals.
- Refund policy?
- Full refund up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, the letter has been printed and posted — no refunds, but contact us if anything goes wrong.
- VAT?
- Prices are inclusive. We're under the UK VAT threshold today, so no VAT is charged. If we cross it, prices stay the same.
