Terms of Service

Write Self ("we", "us") provides a letter-to-future-self service. You write a letter on our website, choose a future delivery date, and pay. We encrypt, store, and arrange for your letter to be printed and posted on the date you chose.

The service is operated by Two Cores Operations Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

You sign in via a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for maintaining access to that email address. One account per email address.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Write Self.

You own the content of your letters. We don't claim any rights to what you write. We encrypt your letters at rest and decrypt them only at print time.

You must not use the service to send threatening, harassing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to cancel any letter that violates this and refund your payment.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK postage. International postage is additional. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions (annual and monthly) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time.

Full refund available up to 24 hours before your letter's delivery date. After that, the letter has been sent to the printer and we cannot retrieve it.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime. We'll honour any letters already paid for. No partial-month refunds on monthly subscriptions.

We use Stannp UK as our print and mail partner. Once your letter is queued with Stannp, the delivery schedule is theirs to fulfil — even if Write Self ceases operation.

Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees. Royal Mail delays, address issues, or international customs may cause letters to arrive a few days late. We are not responsible for postal service delays.

Write Self is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver your letter on time, encrypted and intact. We are not liable for losses arising from delayed or undelivered letters, postal service failures, or service interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected letter or subscription period.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
