Letter to my future self about creative work goals
Write to your future self about creative work. Today's goal is real if it's on paper and posted somewhere it can't be deleted.
§ IWhat we do
Write Self prints your letter on heavy paper, seals it in an envelope, and posts it back to you on the date you choose — anywhere from six months from now to five years from now. Most people pick one year.
We don't send emails. We don't push notifications. We don't keep your letter on a screen. The only place your letter exists, after you write it, is encrypted in a database — and then, on the morning you chose, in your hand.
§ IIPrompts to start
- 01What's the goal? Be specific.
- 02What does creative work look like a year from now if today goes well?
- 03What does today-you owe future-you about making things?
- 04What will you regret if you don't making things?
- 05What does success — in your own words — actually look like?
§ IIIWrite yours
Five tiers, from a £15 one-off to an £8/month subscription. Pick the date. Write the letter. We do the rest.
